Abstract

Dy³⁺-doped CaMoO₄ nanophosphors were co-doped with K⁺, Na⁺, and Li⁺ using a co-precipitation method. XRD analysis confirmed the tetragonal structure (space group I41/a) of the synthesized nanophosphor. To further investigate the material's properties, particularly the band gap of CaMoO4:Dy³⁺ co-doped with K⁺, Na⁺, and Li⁺, UV-Visible spectroscopy and Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS) were employed. The Photo-Luminescence studies were made to investigate the emission and excitation characteristics. The CIE parameters such as color coordinates will be found out and the Color Rendering Index (CRI) also investigated to determine whether the fabricated phosphor will be suitable for white-LED applications.
